How Do I Download an Invoice PDF?

You can download a PDF of any invoice — useful for your own records, attaching to expense reports, or providing copies to clients who request them.

Downloading from the invoice list #

1. Go to Invoices and find the invoice you want.
2. Click the invoice number to open the invoice detail page.
3. Click Download PDF.
4. The PDF will download to your device with your company branding, client info, line items, and payment terms.

What appears on the PDF #

The invoice PDF includes:

• Your company name, address, and logo (set in Invoice Settings)
• Client billing address
• Invoice number, date, and due date
• Line items with descriptions, quantities, rates, and totals
• Payment instructions

Customizing what appears on invoices #

To update your logo, address, or default payment terms, go to Invoices → Settings.
