Freelancer Dashboard is built around a simple workflow: add your clients → track assignments → send invoices → get paid. Here’s how to get set up in minutes.
Step 1 — Add a client. Go to the Clients tab and click “Add Client.” Enter the client’s name, billing rate, and invoice email. You’ll come back to this for each new client you onboard.
Step 2 — Add an assignment. Every project or piece of work goes in as an assignment. Go to the Assignments tab, choose your client, and fill in the name, due date, and rate. When you finish the work, set the status to “Submitted” and it automatically gets added to that client’s next invoice.
Step 3 — Let invoices go out. Enable automatic invoicing in your Profile settings, or send invoices manually from the Invoices tab. Clients receive an invoice by email, and you track payment status right in the dashboard.
Step 4 — Check your dashboard daily. The main dashboard shows revenue, outstanding invoices, and upcoming deadlines at a glance.
