If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your account, visit the Membership Level page when logged in. A link to that page is located at the top of your Profile page.
Next, follow the prompts to upgrade or downgrade your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
When changing to a new paid account tier, you’ll be taken to Stripe for a secure checkout process. Freelancer Dashboard never directly receives your credit card number or other payment details. They’re securely encrypted by our payment provider, and we receive a unique code to link to your subscription.
