Tracking Expenses

Freelancer Dashboard lets you log business expenses so you know your actual profit margin β€” not just your gross revenue.

To add an expense, go to the Accounting tab and click “Add Expense.” Enter the date, description, category, and amount. Expenses are deducted from your revenue in the dashboard so you can see what you actually keep.

Logging expenses regularly makes tax season simpler: you’ll have a complete record of business costs rather than scrambling through bank statements.
